Budburst has a new name and this year we have even more to celebrate. We invite you to join the Macedon Ranges winegrowers celebrating 25 years of the festival with our new name and a new look – the Macedon Ranges Wine and Food Festival.
Each spring for 25 years, boutique wineries and restaurants nestled within the spectacular Macedon Ranges have thrown open their doors for a single weekend of stunning wine, mouthwatering food and great music and entertainment. This year over 20 wineries will have more than 100 exceptional wines for tasting that can often only be sourced at the cellar door. It is an event not to be missed.
Taste the wines and share the passion of the Macedon Ranges' winemakers and restaurateurs on 14 & 15 November 2015 - Book your weekend pass on the TryBooking website.
'Like' the Macedon Ranges Wine and Food Festival on Facebook for lots of news and updates about the festival.
Plan a weekend or a day trip to these small family owned wineries where you can talk to the people who grow the grapes and make the wine. The intimate cellar doors and welcoming country garden settings make you feel right at home.
Winemakers partner up with some of the outstanding food producers and restaurateurs in the region at their cellar doors to offer delicious food to complement their wines.
The Budburst Wine and Food Festival always has more than its share of music to enrich the festival.
Take your pick from blues and roots, world music, pop or classical performances across the weekend.
