Located at the northern end of the Macedon Ranges Metcalfe Valley produces cool climate wines from grapes grown and hand crafted at

Midhill is a family owned vineyard planted in 1993, now producing exceptional wine grapes. The Gewürztraminer and sparkling Blanc de Blancs wines have won several silver medals. The cellar door setting is scenic farmland, home to quiet Angus cattle. Relax & enjoy a country

MorganField enjoys a 4.5 Star Rating from James Halliday who awarded 94 points to our ‘05 Chardonnay: "Intense grapefruit and melon aromas and flavours; subtle oak infusion; very long palate". Following a successful year in 2006 winning a gold medal and trophy for our 2004 Cab Sav. Our wines benefit from vine age of more than 25 years.

A small family owned winery producing estate grown and vintaged wines located 45 minutes from Melbourne CBD. Tasting is on an open deck with views or when cold, in front of a warm fire. Chardonnays have consistently won medals, incl. first & third at the 2008 Kyneton Wine Show. Tempranillo won the Other Red Class at the same show in 2008 & 2007.

Mount Macedon Winery is a fun place to visit anytime during the year as well as Budburst. We are open weekend, serve a light lunch and have estate grown wines which are typically “cool climate” It snows most winters. Mount Towrong is situated in the heart of Mount Macedon. At 600 metres above sea level, our uniquely terraced vineyard enables us to grow vines that are unirrigated. All our wine is estate grown. See us at BankArt to try our wine including our new release Prosecco.
