- Pegeric Pinot Noir: Aged in new French oak for varying times up until 3 years . Ultimately , this experimentation will show the ideal time to be kept in oak. Yields are kept extremely low (.5 kg to 1 kg / vine ) Extend cellaring before release. Current release 1999 vintage
- Pegeric Pinot Noir Late Picked Sweet Style: Another very rare wine style in Australia. Current vintage 2005 shows some Botrytis influence , is luscious but has a nice clean crisp acid finish and low alcohol
