On Sunday, Nov. 14, Five top wineries will be featuring their wines at Campaspe House:  Chanters Ridge, Curly Flat, Ellender Estate, Gisborne Peak and Mount Gisborne. They are celebrating Budburst in a bigger and better than ever style combining wine, fun and friends.  No need to drive from cellar door to cellar door, come and relax for the day on the beautiful grounds and gardens of Campaspe Guest House.  Set amongst the delightful Edna Walling gardens will be food, wine and music.  You are invited to ‘Budburst Brunch & Bubbles’ starting at 10:00 a.m. to partake in the Breakfast Tapas along with a glass of sparkling wine.  Chef Steffan is featuring gourmet tapas throughout the day including Duck terrine served with poached pear, Honey braised Pork Belly and choux croute, Bacon & shallot tart and Smoked salmon with fennel ceviche and a symphony of house desserts is also available.  Tours of the Garden will be conducted throughout the day by the resident gardener.  Music by Mood Swing, starting at 10:00 a.m.   A perfect setting for a perfect day.   In case of inclement weather the wineries and music will be available inside the homestead. Coaches are accepted by prior arrangement.  Plenty of coach and car parking available on site.  A porter service will be available to help you to your car with wine purchases.    Campaspe Budburst wine cluster is Sunday, 14 November only.

Selection of breakfast tarts – including Istra ham, spinach from the garden, Meredith Dairy Goats Feta, Smoked Salmon and free-range eggs.

The band’s repertoire spans early Swing, Jive and Blues to modern Jazz. You’ll enjoy a balance of vocal and instrumental numbers with plenty of up-tempo tunes suitable for dancing and toe-tapping, as well as the classic Jazz standards.

MoodSwing works well in intimate settings as a duo or trio or may be expanded as required into a bigger band including guitar or drums.

Dexterously switching instruments throughout their set, the boys also love tight vocal harmonies. They play acoustic instruments for roving and outdoor events.
