Winter Night Indulgence DinnerThis year we are going to Season’s Wine Bar & Bistro, Riddells Creek. What a night this is going to be! We've teamed up again with Mt. Charlie Winery (Trefor Morgan) to host a night to remember.

We will start with a tasting of museum wines, just released wines, award winning wines and some special cellar wines from each of our two wineries at 7:00 to 7:30 p.m. This is optional but will be a great chance to taste some pretty special wines if you can get there at that time.

Wine is the focus with food to match! Seasons will present a 5 course degustation dinner, starting with canapés at the table followed by two entrees, main course, dessert and coffee. Join in a wine-options game too. The wines will be presented by the vignerons to enhance your drinking pleasure. (That's Bob & Trefor!)

1. Canapes: Smoked Trout Mousse Tart; Goats Cheese & Baby Beetroot Tart

2. Wine: Sparkling Wines

3. Entree One: Caramelised Seared Scallops, Cauliflower Puree, Crisp Prosciutto Crumbs

4. Wines: Mt. Charlie Sauvignon Blanc; Gisborne Peak Riesling

5. Entree Two: Duck Consomme served with Fried Duck, Walnut & Orange Ravioli

6. Wines: Mt. Charlie Chardonnay; Gisborne Peak Chardonnay

7. Main: Lamb Confit served on Pea Mash with Rosemary Jus

8. Wines: Mtl. Charlie Tempranillo; Gisborne Peak Pinot Noir

9. Dessert: Jindi Old Telegraph Road Cheeses - Triple Cream Brie and Mt. Baw Baw served with Lavosh, Muscatels and Quince
